A staff favorite, which we use on everything from barbecued fish and vegetables to fried eggs and salads.

Corn Yuzu Hot Sauce sits at 1230 Scoville Heat Units (SHU): the yellow habanero gives a mild and fruity kick. Exact spice levels may vary from batch to batch.
